Operational Steps for HERO ICE:

1. Download and install the application on your device.
2. Open the app and input your personal details on the designated page.
3. Enter relevant medical information on the subsequent screen.
4. Add emergency contacts from among your trusted friends and family members.
5. Once completed, your ICE (In Case of Emergency) card is generated and ready for use.
6. It is recommended to open the app prior to embarking on your journey and tap 'Let's Go' to activate the tracking features.

The application also allows users to create multiple ICE cards for friends and family members. For convenience, it is advisable to utilize the 'Print' feature to keep a physical copy accessible in emergencies.

It should be noted that HERO ICE relies on smartphone accelerometer and GPS data, which may have limitations in accuracy and functionality across all accident scenarios. The automatic emergency message delivery can take up to sixty seconds to reach contacts. In case of false alarms, users have the option to dismiss notifications within this time frame. If the phone remains locked, messages will be sent to emergency contacts but access to the ICE card will require entering a passcode. Users should also be aware that continuous GPS usage may significantly impact battery life.
